Ensuring a Clean and Dry Printing Platform

Soft Magnetic Board Alignment

To prevent resin from entering the gap during use, it is essential to ensure that the spring steel and the magnetic base are completely aligned. This alignment is crucial to maintain the soft magnetic force and prevent the spring steel from falling off during use.

Securing the Soft Magnet

After the soft magnet is connected to the board, it is recommended to leave it for a few hours (more than 12 hours is better) to ensure it is completely fixed in place.

Installation Method

To install the magnetic printing platform, thoroughly clean and dry the printing platform plate, attach the magnet to the printing platform plate, and let it sit for a while to fully seat it. Then, install the spring steel plate on the magnetic base and reset and level the printer. Finally, set it to start printing. It is recommended to print (A4) 3.8mm thick spacers to facilitate the normal zeroing of the Z axis.
